Ray Charles taught us disentitlement: “Hit the road, Jack, and don’t you come back no more, no more, no more, no more.” Disentitlement offers the nuclear remedy to compel payment, if possible, from the recalcitrant debtor — and, like “Jack” in Ray Charles’ wonderful song, hits the road.
